44. Describe a service or product you got for free.
I entered a contest to win a free iPhone and I was very fortunate to be selected as the
winner. I was very excited because I had an iPhone, but it was a very old model that didn't
have a lot of the new features. I knew how to use the iPhone, but I was very excited to get
the newer and more updated version. And I could not be happier
because the phone has,
for me one of the most important features, the amazing camera.
The picture quality is
incredible it has portrait mode and which I'm using all the time, for pictures of my dog. I'm
taking photos that rival photos taken with a DSLR with a professional level camera they're
absolutely fantastic quality. I really love that basically this phone has replaced my
computer. Everything that I do on my laptop I can do on my phone and it's much more
convenient because it fits in my pocket. I can call, I can work. It holds all of my music. It
holds a lot of stuff. I like the airdrop feature so when I have someone around me that has
an iPhone as well, we can very easily share files and photos which has been a lifesaver
because often people will ask me for pictures and there isn't a very easier way to send
them other than to email but there are size restrictions for files on emails. It has been so
useful for me. Especially, if you're in a situation where you know you're with friends or
family and you're taking a bunch of photos and everybody wants to have those photos so
you can just air drop them. It's really simple.
46. Describe something you cannot live without.
I think much like many people the thing that I cannot live without is my phone. I have an
iPhone and it is essentially a computer in my pocket but the thing that
makes it invaluable
and indispensable for me is a constant connection to the people in my life. I live very far
away from all of my family members and it makes me feel much closer to them. I have their
text messages right in front of me,
that I can FaceTime with them, that I can call them. It's
just an instant connection to them and because of that it is invaluable to me. I also have
way too many photos on this phone and they all are important to me. I have photos of
friends and family members, photos of very special occasions. And these again are things
that make me feel connected to the people around me. If I'm feeling rather
lonely or you
know missing my family members, I can scroll through these photos of these happy times
and these important memories. It makes me feel like I'm much closer to them. I also have
games and things like that on the phone that I play with other people. And yes, some are
just for me and I
play them way too often, but it's another source, it's another method of
connection with the people in my life. For example, I play "Pokemon go!" and I have a lot of
friends and family who play that as well. So it's something we talk about, we interact on the
game as much as we can with each other. This little metal thing in my pocket really is so
important to me because it connects me to be really important people in my life and I don't
know what I would do without it. I think I would feel lost and alone and very sad.
