teaching the English language . Mostly the English teachers faced the environmental
problem in teaching the English language. The disturbing environment of the classroom
distracts the teachers and effect the teaching of the English language .A suitable and
comfortable environment is the basic need of teaching the English language.
Limited time for lecture to teach - time is the most important thing in learning
the English language . It takes time for the teachers to observe their students and teach
them at their level. The time of the class is very less for the teachers to teach the English
language. This one of the most difficult tasks for the teachers to teach in less time.
Using other languages in the classrooms - speaking other languages or
speaking in the native language is the most noticeable issue faced by English teachers.
For the students, it’ s very easy to speak in their native language or other languages
which they can speak easily instead of the English languages.
For this reason here solutions for the problems faced by teachers in teaching
English language. Teachers should use multimedia devices in the classroom in their
lectures. It makes learning the English language more interesting and understandable
for the students.Different kinds of competitions between the students make learning
the English language interesting and encourage them to take part in the competitons
and win from their fellows. In every field, students need the motivation to achieve
their goals and step forward toward their success. Sometimes the students distract from
their goals to achieve. Then motivational speeches and other motivational activities
help them back to the track .The main goal of language teaching and learning is to
develop the speakers’ four skills ( reading, writing, speaking, listening) with a good
command of grammar, but this is not the ultimate goal. The final objective is to
empower speakers to be able to use language communicatively. For improving these
skills, teachers choose the best strategies in the classroom. Stern ( as cited in
