U sing LI in speaking lessons is alw ays an easy thing for learners, because they want to make 
their conversations in a sim ple way. Being as a teacher, if you tolerate using LI in their 
conversations, you cannot im pose the sobriety o f language on them.

1. The aim s o f instruction in a foreign language includes, besides 
speaking and reading it, also w riting it. Every school graduate m ust be 
capable o f w riting a letter in the foreign language he has studied, to keep 
up a correspondence in it with friends living abroad. W riting in the 
foreign language is also a very important means o f instruction. As a 
means o f instruction w riting serves to consolidate both acquired linguistic 
knowledge and habits o f using the language. W riting helps pupils to 
assim ilate letters and sounds o f the English language, its vocabulary and 
gram m ar, and to develop habits and skills in pronunciation, speaking , 
and reading. So w riting is very important skill.
