The need and importance of drip irrigation system automation
The introduction of automation in the drip irrigation system will increase the
technical level of the system. This, in turn, increases water use, system
performance, and cost-effectiveness. When the system is equipped with modern
measuring instruments, it is possible to control the process partially and completely
without human intervention.
Today, drip irrigation focuses on creating the same pressure at all points in the
field. However, the fact that the soil composition is not the same at all points in the
field, the water demand of the soil at different points in the field and the
permeability of the soil remain insufficiently studied. An appropriate solution to
this problem is found using system automation.
Widespread introduction of water-saving technologies in our country, In the
upgraded system, the required amount of water is delivered to the exact point of
656
the field. As a result, field water efficiency increases, yields are higher, and the
system operates without human intervention. In addition, today the use of digital
technologies in all areas has become a modern requirement. The work done and the
results achieved by R.T Gaziyeva, S.Sh. Mirzayev, A.H. Karimov, A.M. Usmanov,
E.O. Ozodov are noteworthy among the scientists of the Republic who are
currently conducting research in this area.

We believe that the use of state facilities will help to develop agricultural
production and increase the welfare of our people.
