The application of information technology in water management is of 
particular importance. At the same time, automation of water management 
processes in hydraulic structures, efficient use of water, ensuring the safety of 
hydraulic structures, increasing the speed and accuracy of water resources 
management, as well as reducing the human factor and operating costs. 
In many parts of the world, as well as in our region, in particular, in our 
country, the demand for water resources is growing, and water scarcity is growing 
from year to year. 
Until 2000, the low water season was observed once every 6-8 years, but in 
recent years this process has been repeated every 3-4 years. At the same time, 
water scarcity is deeply felt by consumers, especially in the lower reaches of rivers, 
as well as far from canals and other water sources. 
Increase the yield of irrigated lands in the country on the basis of economical 
and efficient use of water resources, expand food production, improve quality and 
fill the domestic market. 
In recent years, a large-scale work is being carried out in the country on the 
efficient and targeted use of water. In our country, with the help of several types of
