DEVELOPMENT OF ALGORITHMS AND AN AUTOMATED 
INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR DISTANCE LEARNING, ADVANCED 
TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES OF LABOR BODIES

Due to the constraints that have arisen during the period caused by the 
pandemic, distance learning technologies are entering a new phase of development in 
a changing world as a form of education in emergencies, making it possible to create 
barrier-free education, expand the range of services of online educational products, 
and change the usual classroom learning. Distance learning is a type of education 
based on the educational interaction of teachers and students who are distant from 
each other. Distance learning is implemented using telecommunication technologies 
and Internet resources. 
What are the features of distance learning? 
1) Distance learning - This is the creation of a workplace, the provision of 
technical means (desktop, smartphone, computer device, tablet, laptop (if possible)) 
students get acquainted with the schedule of lessons, the organization process 
monitors the implementation of homework by the students, keep in touch with the 
teacher. Feedback from trainees is the key to successful learning. 
2) Keeping students healthy is one of the important aspects of education. The 
intensification of the educational process affects the health of the students. One of the 
most frequent pathologies in the audience is visual acuity impairment and 
musculoskeletal disorders. It is necessary to plan distance learning classes in 
accordance with the norms. It is important not to overload students, use a dosed mode 
of online lessons, alternate active and passive phases of training sessions, take breaks 
and physical education, and do eye exercises.

3) Distance learning should be organized taking into account the age 
characteristics of the listeners. It is important for the listeners that the educational 
material is bright, interesting, not static. Teaching should combine the independent 
work of students, as well as include traditional teaching materials. 
Thus, from the experience of their work during the pandemic, we came to the 
following conclusions about the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning: 
Benefits of Distance Learning: 
using the possibilities of digital educational resources and educational online 
platforms that contribute to the creation of a single educational space; 
increasing the level of ICT competence of students, teachers and listeners. 
For the effective organization of independent work in the automated learning 
system should adhere to following principles: 

ensuring the activity of listeners; 

individualization of training; 

availability of educational material; 

clarity and certainty of tasks; 

clarity of educational material; 

systematic and consistent in the formation of skills of independent work; 

consciousness and independence of learning; 

connection of educational material with life; 
availability of uniform management requirements. 
All training systems have a typical structure due to the peculiarity of the 
educational functions assigned to the system, which can be considered using the 
example of the structural diagram of the distance learning system education.

An important contribution to the development of cloud technologies for 
education makes Google. 
The company provides an ever-evolving Google platform Apps Education 
Edition and cloud-based services for mobile devices on the Android platform and for 
desktop solutions on Windows platform. Moreover, both solutions are often 
supported at the same time, which allows us to consider the learning process as 
conditional continuous.

By analyzing the resources and services of the modern Internet, you can claim 
that the components described are implemented by powerful corporations and are 
often provided free of charge for educational institutions. In particular, Google Inc. 
within the framework the Google Apps for Education project provides its own 
services for corporate use by educational institutions
