In April 2019, a unified electronic payment system was introduced to record government fees and court
fees through the “Electronic Payment System” section (billing.sud.uz). Thanks to this,
when making
payments to go to court, the bank account and other details are not filled in manually. In addition, for
the payments made, a separate confirmation of payment from the bank is not required, and payment can
also be made in any way

Further expansion of the digitalization of the judicial system will create great opportunities for citizens
to submit online applications. Also, citizens will be able to remotely
track the progress of their
applications. Thus, the main goals of the digitalization of the activities of the courts are to create an
opportunity for citizens and entrepreneurs to resolve their disputes without
a single visit to the
courthouse; creating convenience for citizens by ensuring efficiency and accuracy in making payments
that are mandatory for going to courts; ensuring openness and transparency of the courts; simplification
of the procedure for legal proceedings by completely abandoning the paper form of office work, as well
as increasing the efficiency of work; ensuring fairness and impartiality in the courts by minimizing the
human factor in the office work process; obtaining by courts in the process of considering a certain
case the necessary information and documents directly from state
bodies and organizations in
electronic form, without creating inconveniences for citizens, by integrating the information system of
the Supreme Court with information systems of state bodies and organizations and not only

In conclusion, it should be noted that the digitization of courts will make it easier for individuals and
legal
entities entering the courts, as well as simplify the procedures for document circulation in the
courts.
