particular, in recent years, the importance of integrating and teaching foreign 
languages in kindergarten and primary school, that is, teaching language to children, 
is not limited to practical purposes, but to plan tasks that develop the child's thinking. 
Although the importance of learning and teaching foreign languages in the country is 
very high, the didactic principles of teaching foreign languages to preschool children 
have not been fully developed. The issue of overcoming this problem and developing 
an effective method of teaching English to young children is still relevant. It 
accelerates the process of developing the vocabulary of preschool children in English 
on the basis of poetry, songs, fairy tales, riddles, developing vocabulary and teaching 
them to speak. The development of scientific and theoretical bases and effective 
methods of using poetry, song, fairy tales, riddles in teaching preschool children to 
increase their vocabulary in English and teach them to speak.

 Anotatsiya
: Til va nutq dialektikasi nazariy tilshunoslikning, shuningdek, 
amaliy tilshunoslikning hamda psixologiya, falsafa, mantiq kabi fanlarning ham 
muhim va murakkab muammolaridan biri bo’lib, ayni masala jahon tilshunosligining 
doimiy diqqat markazida turgan eng muhim masalalaridan biridir. XX asr 
tilshunosligining - sistem tilshunoslikning bosh, asosiy mezoni til va nutq 
munosabati, til va nutq hodisalarini, birliklarini farqlash bo’ldi. Ta’kidlash shart, til 
va nutq dialektik munosabati o’zining dastlabki haqiqiy, mukammal ilmiy nazariy 
yechimini tilshunoslik fanida keskin burilish yasagan buyuk tilshunos olim Ferdinand 
de Sossyur asarlarida topdi. Demak, til va nutq masalasi nafaqat sistem 
tilshunoslikning, umuman, jahon tilshunosligi fanining hamma davrlaridagi ham 
diaxron, ham sinxron bosqichlaridagi eng jiddiy nazariy muammosi bo’lgan va 
bundan keyin ham shunday bo’lib qoladi.
