INTRODUCTION
In the ХХ1st century, education is a powerful engine of cultural values of the people, serves as a
source of spirituality for the future generation. Education should be focused on the formation of a new
generation of personnel, with a high general and professional culture, creative and social activity, the ability
to independently navigate in public and political life, capable of setting and solving problems for the future.
Innovative transformations in the system of education in the modern countries were admitted by
world community and correlated with basic areas in modern educative technologies. Judging from the
materials of UNESCO (“Education for renewal, development, for democracy”), to these areas were
attributed: planetary globalization and the humanization of education; cultural sociology and ecologization of
the content of education; interdisciplinary integration in education technology; orientation to the continuity
of education, its developmental and civic functions.
Aims of education perform the function of a system-in pedagogical activity. It is the choice of the
objectives to the greatest extent on the choice of contents, methods and means of training and education.The
real purpose of teaching practice often not reflective, and are not described. In other cases, specified targets
are too general and vague - to provide fundamental training in a certain area, to teach creatively apply
knowledge in practice, etc. But more often the description of the objectives is replaced by a simple reference
to the content of training and education, a list of knowledge, skills, beliefs that the student must acquire.
This collection of scientific articles covers a range of issues such as the implementation of
international quality assessment programs in primary education, the development of the competencies of
teachers and students, improving the quality of education, monitoring and forecasting the quality of
education. The collection reflects the issues of integration, humanization, democratization, differentiation

Therefore so topical issue of development of pedagogical science and its close connection with

and forecasting of ways of improvement of educational process, and also search of effective pedagogical
systems for development and training of the person for life in society. Nowadays, the organization of
innovative activity of the teacher is actuality. Because the ХХI century signifies the century of technic
progress, intensivedevelopment of all branches in science. Introduction in educational process of new
pedagogical and information technology creates favourable prerequisites for successful learning of students,
opportunities for pedagogy. The innovation industry is essential for teacher training that, its computerization
and accompanying technology allows you to effectively strengthen the intellectual activities of modern
society.
