In this regard, it is necessary to mention two ways to solve this problem. The 
two methods are literal translation and free translation. The purpose of literal 
translation is to immerse the target language reader in an unfamiliar culture without 
adjusting the relevant cultural information. The purpose of paraphrasing is to find 
corresponding words or phrases, and often reinterpret foreign works in their own 
“assimilation” way.
Free translation refers to a kind of language and cultural adaptation. Language 
and culture translation is carried out under the condition of modifying the translation 
object. This may also give the recipient of the translation a wrong impression. On 
the surface, readers may mistakenly believe that the culture of the source language 
is no different from their own culture. "Translation is to build a bridge for cultural 
exchanges between different nationalities".

Sometimes the translator will not build 
a bridge between the two cultures, but pretend that there is no such gap. And this 
kind of free translation is the main obstacle to the integration of language and culture. 
In this way, the target language readers will completely lose the information about 
the national culture of the source language.
Literal translation refers to the lack of linguistic and cultural adaptability. The 
translation of language and culture is carried out without changing the object of 
translation. The translator's intention is to get as close to the original text as possible 
and let the reader “face” the culture of others. Only those text elements that are 
impossible to reproduce “directly” are converted, replaced, or omitted.
In this case, it is the responsibility of the translator to understand the original 
author's intention and express this idea in the translation. Therefore, understanding 
the original text also requires the translator to carry out arduous research work. As 
we all know, residents of Muslim countries have a respectful attitude towards the 
voice (Азон) that call on people to pray. In the original work, this attitude is clearly 
expressed in the description of the time before dawn in the cemetery

Масжид манорасидан руҳонийят ёғдириб мунглик азон товши

“ мунглик” the word is translated into russian: “ печальный” and chinese: “
忧伤
”. 
When this term is used with “руҳонийят ёғдириб”, it means not only “sadness”, but 
“bright sadness illuminated by the spirit” (which has brought a wave of spiritual 
purity to the entire community). So the translator uses the word “
忧伤
” to translate 
the words in the original text “мунглик” is the best choice. Because of the voice 
calling people to pray (Азон) makes people think. Although“
忧伤
”and "
悲伤
" are 
synonyms, “
忧伤
”is not completely negative energy. When a person feels sad, it 
proves that he still has thinking, longing, and he still has a kind heart. This translation 
fully expresses the meaning of the original text.
Literal translation should not be confused with word for word translation. 
Literal translation is to translate the semantic structure copy of the information 
closest to the source language into the target language. If it does not violate the 
language norms, if it is understood by the target language readers and can be fully 
explained, such translation is the best. If it can be translated literally, it must be 
translated literally, because it meets the public purpose of translation. However, this 
is not always possible.
Language is used to convey culture 
Newmark does not believe that language is an integral part or feature of 
culture, which is contrary to Vermeer's view that “language is part of culture. ” 
The meaning of the source text is conveyed through the equivalent target 
language text, so translation includes language and culture. Jerome said that a good 
translation requires two things – a full understanding of the original text and a full 
grasp of the target language. Translation is not a simple cross-linguistic activity, but 
an important cross-cultural communication. The transformation of ideas and the 
communication between different nationalities in different ways, all of which are 
constantly needed by spiritual and material life. But how is culture transmitted 
through language? In order to answer this question, we should consider the 
relationship between culture and language, which is deeply rooted. However, in the 
translation process, there are some obstacles and limitations. Some information will 
be lost during the translation process, which will restrict the translator from 
conveying information in the target language. Translators will also encounter some
