The exploitation stage involves the development of a Project Dissemination 
and Exploitation plan. Ensures the sustainability of outcomes by holding workshops 
to promote innovative teaching and learning methods targeted at a wider set of HEIs 
in the PCs. The workshops work to incite interest in implementing innovative 
teaching and learning methods from the teachers and university management.
Results 
Detailed results and relevant discussion have been included in the report of 
the HiEdTec project. The key results of the project follow:

Compendium of Good Practices. The current document provides a 
snapshot of the good practices and experience of the EU partner universities in the 
field of innovative educational technologies and their implementation into the 
teaching and learning contexts of each institution.

Recommendations for Adapting the Central Asian HE System to the 
Needs of the Digital Learners.

CONCEPT for adapting the education system to the digital generation. 
The goal of the concept is to adapt the education system to the digital generation by 
introducing and effectively implementing innovative educational technologies.

Establishing a centre of innovative educational technologies and active 
learning classrooms. Selecting virtual classroom software. At AndMI Center of 
Innovative Educational Technologies was established and decorated with modern 
techniques. Based on the Regulation IET performs follows:

Consults and trains staff and teaching staff of AndMI;

Facilitating the processes of international mobility of students and 
teachers of AndMI;

Organization of preparatory activities; 
o
Information and analytical support of the Center's practical activities in 
the field of introducing innovative educational technologies in higher education;
