PHASE 3: FOLLOW-UP
Management response:
The UNDP Associate
Administrator will request relevant units (in
the case of an ADR, usually the relevant
country office and Regional Bureau) to
jointly prepare a management response to the
ADR. As a unit exercising oversight, the
Regional Bureau will be responsible for
monitoring and overseeing the implementa-
tion of follow-up actions in the Evaluation
Resource Centre.
Communication:
the ADR report and brief
will be widely distributed in both hard and
electronic versions. The Evaluation Report will
be made available to the UNDP Executive
Board by the time of approving a new Country
Programme Document. It will be widely
distributed in Uzbekistan and at UNDP
headquarters. Copies will be sent to evaluation
outfits of other international organizations, as
well as to evaluation societies and research
institutions in the region. Furthermore, the
evaluation report and the management
response will be published on the UNDP
Web site

and made available to the public.
Its availability will be announced on UNDP
and external networks.
The tentative time-frame and responsibilities for
the evaluation process are detailed in the table on
the following page.
