Analysis and reporting:
the information
collected will be analysed in the draft ADR
report by the Evaluation Team within three
weeks after the departure of the team from
the country.
Review:
The draft will be subject to
(a) factual corrections and views on interpreta-
tion by key clients (including the UNDP
country office, the Regional Bureau for
Europe and the Commonwealth of
Independent States, and government),
(b) a technical review by the EO, and
(c) a review by external experts. The EO will
prepare an audit trail to show how these
comments were taken in to account. The
Team Leader, in close cooperation with
the EO Task Manager, shall finalize the
ADR report based on these final reviews.
