whose primary financial goal involves generation of profits from the sale of food and beverage products.
Noncommercial foodservice operation:
Foodservice operation whose financial goal does not involve
generating profits from the sale of food and beverage products. Also called
institutional foodservices
and
on-site foodservices.

vices,
restaurants, caterers, retail shops, and
bars and
lounges.
