Of the 59 recruiters, 68% were females and 32% were males. Approximately 81% of the respondents were 
Caucasian, 5% were Hispanic, and 3% were African- American. Sixty-three percent of the recruiters held at least 
Bachelor’s degrees and 22% held Master’s degrees. Of the fifty-eight recruiters who responded to the occupation 
question: 44% were human resource managers, 24% were recruiters, 20% were area or department managers, and 
10% were general managers. Recruiters’ ages ranged from 24 to 65 with a mean age of 40.
