Introduction relevance of the research topic

The subject of the study
is franchising activity in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The object of study
is the company “KFC”. 
A study of this literature
made it possible to repeat the material already 
covered, as well as to become more familiar with the theoretical foundations of 
franchising. 
Research methods
: such methods were used as the collection, processing and 
systematization of information, retrospective analysis, comparative and statistical 
analysis, econometric analysis, generalization of conclusions and research results. 
The structure of the final qualification work.
The work consists of an 
introduction, the main part, including three chapters, conclusions, bibliographies and 
applications. 
The introduction
describes the relevance and reflects the object-objective 
characteristic of the study. 
The first chapter
discusses the nature, content, advantages and 
disadvantages, the main types and classifications of franchising. 
The second chapter
describes the history of creation, a general description 
and analysis of the financial performance of the enterprise "KFC". 
The third chapter
reveals the main problems of franchising in Uzbekistan, 
and also considers the possibility of creating a new enterprise under the franchise 
agreement.
