The purpose of this final qualifying work
is to reveal the essence of 
franchising and the prospects of its development in Uzbekistan. To achieve this goal 
it is necessary to solve the following tasks:

Define the concept and highlight the advantages and disadvantages of 
the franchise system. 

To study the economic mechanism for the formation of relationships in 
the franchise system. 

To analyze the foreign and domestic experience of franchising 
operations on the example of KFC. 

To reveal problems and outline the prospects for the development of 
franchising in Uzbekistan.
