The flexor carpi radialis brevis is
a variable muscle, which, if present
can compress the anterior interos-
seous nerve.
The pronator, supinator and cu-
bital canals are narrow spaces be-
tween the muscles of the forearm
through which the median nerve,
deep branch of the radial nerve and
ulnar nerve run, respectively. These
nerves may be compressed in their
canals, causing nerve entrapment
syndromes.
