Мазкур мақола тимсолларни таниб олиш муаммосидаги бошланғич маълумотлардан 
нисбатан фойдалиларини ажратиб олиш билан боғлиқ бўлган муҳим тадқиқот йўналишларидан 
бирини ривожлантиришга бағишланган. Ечилаётган белгилар фазоси ўлчамини камайтириш 
масаласи дискрет оптималлаштириш масаласи сифатида шакллантирилган. Таклиф этилаётган 
алгоритм бир синф объектларини ифодаловчи нуқталарни компакт гуруҳлашни таъминлаш 
мақсадида белгилар фазосини ўзига хос алмаштиришга асосланади. Бундай алмаштириш 
натижасида танланмалар орасидаги масофа максималлаштирилади ва танланманинг ички 
масофаси минималлаштирилади.

Methods of selection of significant features of objects 
 
One of the most important issues arising in the construction of recognition systems is the 
definition of a working vocabulary of features used to describe classified objects or phenomena. The 
effectiveness of the applied decision rule, and, ultimately, the quality of the solution of the recognition 
problem, depends on the correct choice of features.

This article is devoted to the development of one of the most important areas of research in the 
problems of pattern recognition, associated with the selection from the initial description of the most 
useful from the point of view of information recognition. The solved problem of reducing the dimension 
of the attribute space is formulated as a problem of discrete optimization. The proposed algorithm is 
based on a specific transformation of the attribute space in order to provide a compact grouping of points 
representing objects of the same class. As a result of such a transformation, the distances between 
samples are maximized and the intra-set distances are minimized.
