the problem. This idea is reasonable. However, an information program that does not look straight at 
the problems cannot expand its audience. Only news programs that talk about the achievements of 
the state and society are not worthy of the definition of modernity. Because the specificity of modern 
information programs is determined, first of all, by the fact that they show more painful points and try 
to draw public attention to these problems. 
Researcher N. Xrenov reveals two features of information programs: “The first is programming. 
This is due to the fact that it does not impose a strict interpretation on the events on display, i.e. it does 
not invalidate the originality and uniqueness of the events on display. The second is that the program 
phenomenon has the potential. In this way, unrelated parts of life are connected to each other.”

In conclusion, the specifics of modern information programs, no matter how much they change 
under the influence of globalization, rapid innovations in the field, can not deviate from the two main 
features mentioned by N. Khrenov, because the information program is based on twin concepts such 
as programming and consistency. So, modern trends such as mobility, speed, freedom of expression 
and image, the replacement of speakers by TV presenters are helping to attract the attention of our 
news programs today.
