Practical results of the work is in the following:
the treatment-and-rehabilitation program for patients with alcohol and opi 
ate addiction with deviant behavior in a premorbid is developed;

preventive measures for patients with alcohol and opiate dependence with 
deviant behavior in premorbid have been improved. 
The reliability of the results is use of theoretical approaches and methods, 
sufficient number of patients as well as widely approved clinical and statistical 
methods of investigations, obtained results correspond with the foreign and domes-
tic research studies; findings were confirmed by authorized agencies. 
The scientific and practical significance of the study. 
Scientific significance of the study results is in clarifying the interrelation of 
the factors, which can become "start-up" mechanisms "on the basis of" biological 
predisposition: hereditary and premorbid influence; disharmonious mental devel-
opment with pathobiological (deviant) personality structure, decompensation of 
mental state and maladjustment; using clinical, psychological and instrumental 
studies to predict the severity of the disease, optimization of prevention and treat-
ment and rehabilitation approaches. 
Practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the results 
obtained in the development of recommendations on improvement of existing pre-
vention methods of addiction, while developing strategies in choosing adequate 
measures of treatment of drug addicts in rehabilitation centers, reducing the eco-
nomic costs and the prevention of complications. 
Implementation of the research results. Upon the results of the scientific 
research of clinical features of alcoholism and opiate addiction in persons with de-
viant behavior was done following: 
methodological recommendations "Peculiarities of alcohol dependence psy-
chotherapy for patients with deviant behavior", have been formalized and approved 
(Feedback obtained from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan 
№8N-d / 27 from April 19, 2016). Implementation of scientific results allowed to 
reduce relapse of disease and the consequences of it by positively affecting the 
quality of life of patients with alcohol and opiate dependence with deviant behav-
ior in premorbide; 
scientific results of the study of clinical features, development, course and 
treatment and rehabilitation of alcoholism and opiate addiction with deviant behav-
ior in premorbide have been implemented into practical public health system, in-
cluding Regional Drug Dependency Clinic of Khorezm region and Tashkent city 
drug abuse hospital of compulsory treatment (Feedback obtained from the Ministry 
of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan №8N-d / 27 from April 19, 2016). Imple-
mentation of scientific results into practice created opportunities for improving so-
cial adaptation of the patients, reduced development of a recurrence twice, pro-
longed the clinical remission of disease by 1.6 times, and reduced hospitalization 
rate twice, as a consequence money on treatment was saved in nearly double 
amount.
