Communication of the theme of dissertation with the scientific research 
works of higher educational institution, which is the dissertation conducted 
in: The dissertation research was performed according to the plan of Tashkent 
medical Academy as part of the grant «Features of change of pathogenetic mecha-
nisms of the development of various pathological conditions, and the development 
of optimal pharmacotherapy» (2011-2014) and «Influence of various factors on the 
formation of substance dependence in individuals of different age groups and the 
development of methods of treatment and rehabilitation, taking into account the 
revealed factors» (2015-2018). 
The aim of research work is examining clinical-psychopathological fea-
tures of alcoholism and opium addiction in patients with deviant behavior in 
premorbid with consideration of personal-biological, social-psychological factors 
and improving treatment-and-rehabilitation and preventive measures. 
The tasks of research work: 
revealing the features of deviant behavior in patients with alcoholism and 
opiate addiction in premorbid; 
identification of personality characteristics of patients with alcoholism and 
opiate addiction with deviant behavior in premorbid stage;

studying of the role of social and psychological factors in the formation of 
deviant behavior and personality deviation in patients in premorbid alcohol and 
opiate addiction ; 
investigation of clinical features and the medical-social consequences in al-
cohol and opiate dependence in patients with deviant behavior in premorbid; 
comparative study of neurovisualization features of the brain in patients with 
alcoholism and opiate addiction with deviant behavior in the premorbid and with-
out deviant behavior; 
improving social rehabilitation and preventive measures to prevent the de-
velopment of PAS dependence in individuals with deviant behavior in premorbid 
stage.
