Annotation.  The  given  article  provides  information  about  the  newspaper 

“SadoiFargona,  founded  by  the  entrepreneur  O.Mahmudov  in  1914-1915  in  the  Turkestan 

region,  in  particular  in  the  Fergana  Valley,  as  well  as  literary  materials  were  covered.  This 

newspaper served to popularize the works of many young artists. There is no doubt that the 

information provided by the author of the article is of interest to researchers. The newspaper 

"SadoiFargona" is an important means in bringing to people the views and creative work of the 

educators of the Jadid. That is why, today, this newspaper has attracted the attention of many 

researchers. Especially, on the pages of newspapers we can find the works of our artists, whose 

names are not well-unknown.
