CONCEPTUAL FUNDAMENTALS OF DISTANCE LEARNING 
ZARIPOVAMAFTUNABAHROMQIZI,

Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada masofaviy ta'limning konseptual asoslari haqida 
ma'lumot berilgan bo'lib, talabalarga yangi pedagogik va innovatsion texnologiyalar asosida 
masofadan turib o'qitishning samarali natijaviyligi haqida umumiy ma'lumotlar berilgan.

Аннотация: Эта статья предоставляет информацию о концептуальных 
основах дистанционного обучения и дает студентам обзор эффективности 
дистанционного обучения, основанного на новых педагогических и инновационных 
технологиях.

Annotation: This article provides information on the conceptual foundations of 
distance learning and provides students with an overview of the effectiveness of distance 
learning based on new pedagogical and innovative technologies.

Distance education should be considered in the system of continuing 
education, as well as full-time, part-time and external education. A personal-

oriented approach that reflects the basic principles of pedagogy is recognized by 
pedagogical communities around the world for all forms of modern education 
systems. The learning center is not a learning process, but a learning activity 
based on the student's personal abilities and talents. The teacher's work should 
be focused on organizing the productive activities of the students. Therefore, the 
main purpose of the education system is the intellectual and spiritual 
development of the individual, the formation of critical and creative thinking, 
teaching to work with information. 
A personal-oriented approach to distance learning significantly enhances 
the educational level of the learning process, relying on the great opportunities 
offered by the Internet. Distance learning should be organized on the basis of 
pedagogical technologies that create the following opportunities for students: 
acquire the necessary fundamental knowledge that can be applied to 
solve specific scientific or practical problems; 
Solve learning problems with friends; 
work with additional sources of information needed to solve the 
problem; 
Overcoming all existing problems, applying the acquired knowledge 
in practice; 
Carrying out independent observations using Internet technologies; 
Ability to assess their level of knowledge, achievements, to adjust 
their activities. 
On the one hand, all that is said leads to the formation of critical 
thinking. On the other hand, it is necessary to choose pedagogical technologies 
and organizational forms in such a way that the application of the above 
teaching conditions contributes to the formation of critical thinking. Let's talk 
about critical thinking. It can be summed up as follows: "Argumentative, goal-
oriented thinking". Critical thinking is characterized by several factors: 
1. Striving to plan other mental and voluntary activities. 
2. Flexibility, the opposite of dogmatism; 
3. Endurance, consistency in achieving a goal; 
4. Prepare for self-correction. 
Modern computer didactic programs (electronic textbooks, computer 
assignments, textbooks, hypertext information systems, archives, catalogs, 
reference books, encyclopedias, test and formative training programs) are the 
result of the intersection of many areas of knowledge. created on the basis of 
multimedia technologies. 
From color computer animations, high performance. The use of quality 
graphics, video, schematics, formulas, reference books (auxiliary presentations) 
- allows you to present the course in the form of a series or a branched chain of 
dynamic images. Multimedia - systems make the transmission of didactic 
material highly convenient and visual, which serves to increase interest in 
learning and fill gaps in knowledge. 
The following are the general requirements for multimedia courses:

1) introduction to science (history, subject, relevance, interrelationship 
and place of the specialty program with other disciplines); 
2) curriculum for the subject (course); 
3) goals and objectives of the study of science; 
4) guidelines for independent study of the course; 
5) table of contents; 
6) the main content of the sections; 
7) theoretical and practical information on the sections, tests, questions, 
exercises with answers for training; 
8) final test; 
9) practical assignments for independent work; 
10) topics for small research (mini-ITI); 
11) glossary of terms; 
12) list of abbreviations and terms; 
13) conclusion; 
14) list of references (basic, additional, optional); 
15) chrestomathy (digest) from textbooks, journals and scientific articles 
on the course topics; 
16) Brief information about the author of the manual. 
Pedagogical technologies of distance learning is a set of teaching 
methods and techniques that provide the educational process of distance learning 
based on the selected teaching concept. 
Case technology is based on the use of text, audiovisual and multimedia 
(case) teaching materials in distance learning. 
TV technology is the delivery of educational and methodological 
information to students through television and is based on the installation of one 
of the interactive methods of external communication. 
There are different models and forms of distance learning in the 
education system, which differ in the following terms: 
1) geographical conditions (territory of the country, distance from the 
center, climate); 
2) the general level of informatization and computerization of the 
country; 
3) level of development of communications and vehicles; 
4) the level of use of information and communication technologies in the 
educational process; 
5) traditions used in education; 
6) scientific and pedagogical staffing and scientific potential of the 
distance learning system. 
The main technologies of distance learning include: 
INTERACTIVE technologies: 
1. Internet distance learning portal; 
2. video and audio conferences; 
3. e-mail education; 
4. Independent online learning;

5. remote control systems; 
6. online simulator and training programs; 
7. test submission systems. 
Non-interactive technologies: 
1. video, audio and printed materials; 
2. television and radio broadcasts; 
3. programs located on disks. 
Video and audio conferencing is a way of connecting two, distant 
audiences to each other in a telecommunications setting using the Internet and 
other telecommunications channels. Video and audio conferencing requires a 
large amount of specialized equipment, a high-speed communication channel, 
and the involvement of service professionals to organize the training. 
Independent learning through the Internet is a way to work 
independently and gain new knowledge on a large amount of information 
available on many sites on the Internet. E-learning is a way to communicate 
through correspondence between a student and a teacher using public Internet 
services. It allows you to send and receive various tests, tasks, questions and 
answers (in the form of text, graphics, multimedia, programs, etc.). 
Remote control systems are 16 ways to acquire knowledge using special 
systems that allow you to control and operate complex software, systems and 
equipment in real time. The main function of remote control systems can be to 
provide students with only practical knowledge. 
Simulators, e-textbooks and curricula - a way to provide students with 
theoretical and practical knowledge offline through computer programs. 
Simulators and e-textbooks are widely used in education today. 
Testing systems are used to check and evaluate students' practical and 
theoretical knowledge using special programs. 
Internet distance learning portal is a special Internet sites (online 
resources), the main function of which is to organize the educational process, to 
establish electronic online communication between student and teacher, to 
provide teachers with educational materials. placement and enabling students to 
work with this information as well as access other distance learning services.
