The  analysis  reveals  that  a  majority  of  respondents  in  all  categories  of  employees  in  BHEL 
Uttarakhand seem to be satisfied from their job. The percentage of satisfied  manager is highest 
among the three categories of employees. 
It  can  be  concluded  that  the  job  satisfaction  of  managers  is  relatively  higher  than  the  job 
satisfaction of supervisors and workers in BHEL Uttarakhand.
