What kinds o f exercise do you do regularly?
I do a lot of walking and cycling - 1 love going out on my bicycle and it
is really good exercise. It depends on the w eather though - if it’s raining
then I p refer to go swimming. I try to do one or the other at least twice
a week, and I walk every day for at least half an hour.
When and how often do you brush your teeth?
I brush my teeth twice a day - once in the m orning after I have had a
shower, then again just before I go to bed. I usually use mouthwash
twice a day too as I find it m akes my teeth feel a lot cleaner.
