What time do you usually eat dinner at?

I  eat  dinner betw een  7pm  and  8pm  most  evenings.  I  d o n ’t  like  eating 

too late as it feels like the food just sits on your stom ach when you go 

to bed.  But  if I  eat too early then  I  end  up snacking before bed!

What do you eat fo r lunch  when you are at school?

I  have  a  sandwich  for  lunch  most  days  -  cheese  and  tom ato,  or  tuna 

and  cucum ber.  I  do  get  a  bit  bored  of sandw iches  though,  so  som e­

tim es I  m ake pasta or rice salad which  m akes a nice change.
