INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IN 
ORGANIZATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

At the present stage of development of the national economy, innovative development is 
becoming one of the most important areas of growth of competitiveness of economic sectors. The 
study of the innovative potential of labour resources and innovations in personnel management are 
significant problems of modern society. When creating conditions for modernization, it is assumed 
not only the improvement of labour technologies, but also the use of innovative technologies for the 
development and management of personnel. It is difficult to dispute the value of qualified and loyal 
personnel, because a person is at the centre of modern technologies and management concepts.
Personnel management is a combination of various methods of managerial influence on the 
organization and conditions of employees' activities, the formation of their skills that ensure the 
maximum use of the labour potential of employees in the interests of the enterprise. Personnel 
management is a rather complex and time-consuming process. The technology of personnel 
management is based on the study of techniques and methods of effective impact, allowing you to 
get the best result of your work. Each organization develops its own content of personnel management 
technologies and regulatory and methodological documents, on the basis of which further work with 
employees is carried out. Personnel management is an activity focused on a set of certain rules and 
methods of influencing the work process of employees in order to form the skills necessary to 
maximize their labour potential. In modern conditions, the innovative development of the personnel 
management system is a key indicator of the effective management of the organization, since human 
resources are the capital of the organization. 
The formation of an innovative economy inevitably leads to the transformation of the structure 
and quality of the workforce, increasing requirements for the professional qualification level of 
employees. Modern high-tech and information technologies penetrate into all spheres of the economy. 
As a result, there is a combination of professional knowledge, related and borderline professions arise. 
The innovative economy needs mainly creative intellectual workers. Consequently, approaches to the 
management of the "new workforce" are changing, technologies of innovative personnel management 
are emerging. 
HR management technologies are carefully studied and implemented. The effectiveness 
depends on how skilfully the HR manager, senior and middle management of the company uses such 
techniques. Trends in the choice of personnel management technology in the organization. One of the 
most significant modern management trends can be considered a change in views on human 
resources. These changes affected not only ordinary employees, but also administrative staff. An 
indicator of the effectiveness of successful companies was the ability to master and apply 
methodological tools for working with personnel, to maintain a balance between technocratic and 
humanistic approaches.

The essence of the changes of the last decades is a gradual shift in emphasis towards an 
integrated approach to administrative tasks. It is based on the long-term development of human 
resources, improving the quality of personnel. First of all, this concerns the sphere of management 
activities. Observing the dynamics of scientific and technological progress, studying the history of 
the world's largest corporations, we can draw a logical conclusion: a necessary condition for the 
success of any company is the combination of effective personnel management and the use of modern 
technologies and methods. 
Among the current trends in the field of personnel management, the following can be 
distinguished:
levelling the importance of social and technological innovations;
gradual growth of investments in human resources along with investments in technology;
the increasing importance of communications in the field of coordination of employee activity;
solving problem situations together with the team.
The basic technology is the implementation of changes, which consists in the integration of personnel 
into the process of their implementation, acceptance of changes, consideration of the successful 
completion of changes. 
The improvement of personnel management technology should be carried out systematically. 
It is rational to periodically analyse the methods used and look for ways to adapt to new conditions. 
Periodically rationally revise the methods of search, selection and recruitment of personnel, introduce 
new options for determining professional suitability. Great importance is attached to the formation of 
the personnel reserve of the management staff when improving the basics. With the expansion of the 
organization, this will allow you not to spend additional material and economic resources, to quickly 
staff a full staff. Innovative technologies are based on compliance with the basic laws, rules and 
regulations that managers and managers should take into account when improving the entire system. 
Having identified the key indicators for improving labour efficiency, it will be possible to make 
changes to the current technology without changing the basic principles of the entire system. Thus, 
in order to function successfully, any organization needs to change. In the conditions of modern 
personnel work, innovations are an urgent need. 
New technologies in personnel management allow the company to take a leading position in 
the market and increase the profit received by the enterprise and the effective functioning of the 
organization lies in an innovative personnel management system, since highly professional personnel 
is the key to the success of the organization.
