ANNOTATSIYA

Предмет «Управление и организация учреждениями культуры и искусства» окажет неоценимую помощь студентам в глубоком освоении в сведений о теоретической основы управления и организации учреждениями культуры и искусства, зарубежных моделей, научных учреждений, эффективности в системе методов и решений управления, осути и задачах системы менежмента, отвечающей современным требованиям рыночной экономики в системе управления учреждениями культуры и искусства, раскрывающей деятельности системы управления учреждениями культуры и искусства в Узбекистане.
Известно, что в Узбекистане созданы организационно-правовые основы организации и управления учреждениями культуры и искусства, менежмента культуры и искусства. Разрешаются вопросы уподобления рыночной экономики и доведения до требуемого уровня управления центрами культуры, театрами и музеями, парками культуры, народными и художественными коллективами.
Данный предмет направлен на обучение студентов организации учреждений культуры и искусства и развития системы управления в мире и Узбекистане. Этот специальний предмет нацелен на формирование знаний, умений и навыков студентов, обучающихся в образовательных направлениях социально-культурной деятельности, а также на организацию управленияучреждениями культуры иискусства.

ANNOTATION

The subject “Management and arrangement the activity of sphere of culture and art” will extend valuable assistant to the students in the field of management and arrangement by the activities of the culture and art institutions, application of foreign models, scientific institutions, learning the efficiency of methods’ system and acknowledge the resolutions in management, as well, it will provide the meaning and challenges of management, which are fit the demands of modern world. This subject will expand the management system of Uzbekistan, too.

It’s known that in Uzbekistan are formed the juridical bases of arrangement and management the activities of culture and art institutions. Nowadays, in our republic are settled the issues of market economy and make the arrangements for providing to the population the services in necessary level in the sphere of culture and art, like improving the culture centers, theaters, museums, parks, folk and art communities.
The subject given is aimed to study the students the management in culture and art field, as well, to the development of management system in Uzbekistan and worldwide as whole. This subject will form and generate the knowledge, skills and competence of students in the above mentioned field.
Besides, in this work are presented the ideas and thoughts of outstanding Eastern philosophers and creators like Abu Nasr Forobiy, Yusuf Hos Hojib, Nizomulmulk, Amir Temur about the management and its goals and tasks.
This work discovers and contains the various problems and challenges on etiquette, the tasks of manager and leading specialists in the sphere of culture and art, also presents the reforms are held in this sphere.
Moreover, in this work will be given the demands on advance training and skills on teaching this subject, its interconnection with other subjects, provided the examples of using informational communication technologies in the teaching process, and the methods of improving the self-dependent thinking in students.
