Implementation of the results of research.
Based on the results obtained on 
the semantic-structural and methodological features of the title in the Karakalpak 
press: 
In Karakalpak linguistics, scientific results about determining the laws of 
placement of headlines and types specific to journalistic style were used in the 
preparation of the telecast “Erkin pikir (Free opinion)” of the TV channel 
Karakalpakstan and radio broadcasting “Tilge itibar- elge itibar (Attention to 
language is attention to country)” of Karakalpakstan broadcasting company. 
(Reference of the Council of the Ministers of the republic of the Karakalpakstan 
dated January 12

, 2022, No. 4-09/77). As a result, the level of development of the 
Karakalpak literary language was promoted in the education system, research 
institutes and the general public. 
The scientific and theoretical conclusions on determining the stylistic features of 
newspaper headlines were used to enrich the content of the newspaper "Erkin

Karakalpakstan dated January 21, 2022 No. 11-05 / 5-01 / 14). As a result, by using 
the toponyms, anthroponyms, antonyms, numbers, borrowed words from the foreign 
languages, abbreviated compound words, proverbs, phraseologisms, aphorisms, 
gradations, periphrases, stylistic figures in newspaper headlines the effective 
performance of the function of conveying the information and emotionally-expressive 
impact is achieved; 
The scientific and theoretical conclusions on determining the syntactic structure 
of newspaper headlines in the Karakalpak language were used to enrich the content of 
the newspaper "Erkin Qaraqalpaqstan" (Reference of the Council of Ministers of the 
Republic of Karakalpakstan dated January 21, 2022 No. 11-05 / 5-01 / 14). As a 
result, in using the simple sentences, the compound sentences, the one-part sentences, 
incomplete sentences, the declarative sentences, the interrogative sentences, the 
exclamation sentences, the imperative sentences in the newspaper headlines and their 
types the opportunity of effectively use of factual material is achieved; 
The scientific conclusions on the definition of lexical and semantic features of 
the formation of newspaper headlines were used in the preparation of dictionaries on 
object names (toponyms) (Reference of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of 
Karakalpakstan dated January 21, 2022 No. 11-05 / 5-01 / 14). As a result, the section 
of toponyms of the Republic of Karakalpakstan in the book "O’zbekiston 
Respublikasi toponimlari (Toponyms of the Republic of Uzbekistan)" was 
supplemented with materials.
