ANNOTATSIYA
Oliy ta'lim sohasida elektron darsliklarni qabul qilishga o'tish ko'plab afzalliklarga olib keladi. Biroq, istamaslik talabalar va noshirlar tomonidan qayd etilgan bo'lib, bu o'zgarishni tezroq amalga oshirishga to'sqinlik qilmoqda. Qaror qabul qiluvchilar (masalan Ta'lim vazirligi va universitetlar ma'muriyati) eng yaxshi strategiyani rejalashtirishi va amalga oshirishi uchun haqiqiy so'rov ma'lumotlariga tayanishi lozim.
Ushbu tadqiqot ishida zamonaviy ta'limning jadal rivojlanishida dasturiy vositalarning ahamiyati juda muhimligi, shu jumladan o’quvchilarni dasturlashga o’rgatish natijasida ularni ilmiy qobilyatini yoshlikdan shakllantirib borish kerakligi sabablari yoritilgan.
Bugungi kunda o’quvchilarga fanlarni o‘qitishni tashkil etish, yangi pedagogik texnologiyalar asosida darslarni tashkil qilish, loyihalash dolzarb vazifalardan biridir. Maqsad ta’lim jarayonida elektron o’quv adabiyotlardan foydalanib, texnologiyalardan foydalangan holda o‘quvchilarda mantiqiy, mustaqil va erkin fikrlashni shakllantirishdan iborat. Bu jarayonni yanada muvofaqiyatli amalga oshirishda interfaol metodlardan o‘z o‘rnida va oqilona foydalanish ta’lim samaradorligini yanada oshiradi.

ABSTRACT
The transition to electronic textbooks in higher education has many advantages. However, students and publishers note an unwillingness that hinders the pace of change. Decision makers (for example, the Ministry of Education and the University administration) should rely on real survey data to plan and implement the best strategy.
This study highlights the importance of software tools in the rapid development of modern education, including the need to teach students programming from an early age as a result of teaching them programming.
One of the most important tasks today is the organization of science education for schoolchildren, the organization and design of lessons based on new pedagogical technologies. The goal is to develop students' logical, independent and free thinking through the use of e-learning and technology in the educational process. Proper and reasonable use of interactive methods to make this process more successful will further increase the effectiveness of education.
