partnerships, the following can be noted. In several European countries — Great
Britain, France, Spain and Italy, legislative acts have been adopted that promote
partnership between the state and the private sector in the implementation of
projects. The new EU countries — the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland,
which lag the previous EU members in the development of infrastructure —
need to develop and implement joint projects. Studying the development trends
of various forms of public-private partnerships in the countries of the European
Union allows us to develop an optimal design for the interaction of government
and business to solve socially important problems, taking into account national
characteristics.
Thus, the study of the experience of developing public-private partnerships
in foreign countries allows us to conclude that it is applicable on the territory of
the Russian Federation. The basic principles used in continental Europe are
applicable in our country.
