Conclusion- Multimedia is a future-oriented form of learning English. Improving conditions in schools, result in having well-equipped classroom enabling using various forms of multimedia. Currently, there are many students that need motivation in learning and as they are surrounded by multiple stimuli every day, they have to learn in the same way. Teachers need to realize that they need to go away from traditional teaching and use the tools that involve different senses. The teachers indicate the number of the advantages from using multimedia in the classroom. First of all, they think that computers are a wonderful tool, and together with the Internet enable easier and faster communication, which in turn results in and leads to acquiring target language in easier way. The next advantage seen by teachers is that they observe increased willingness by English learners participation in the classroom. The third advantage is that teaching in combination with multimedia is undeniably more effective. The fourth very important benefit is that there are enough good multimedia materials for English teaching, giving opportunities for teachers to provide their students with reliable, various, and interesting sources. Multimedia is undoubtedly a good form of learning the language, nevertheless as each method has disadvantages. The biggest disadvantage in the multimedia-enhanced classroom is that the material has to be carefully selected due to students' needs. Moreover, it requires earlier preparation by the teachers as sometimes inappropriate language may be used, wrong content, or the level of the difficulty.


Internet and Web provide new forms of communication and thus bring many possibilities, but also make their demands for permanent education, usage in classroom, cultural spreading, scientific education and economic development. The new technology has to be seen as a possibility of a new kind of communication and as a help to a teacher whose role stays irreplaceable. Teachers should be placed in the role of facilitator whose task is to develop and

maintain supportive class atmosphere. They will always be the ones who decide, direct, explain, connect old with the new, recognize nonverbal communication, and moral support. Communication between a teacher and a student, and among students themselves, must not be lost. That is why it is important to adequately use technology and Internet in the classroom and make sure that alienation does not take place at any cost. Directed and wisely managed teaching should only profit by the use of computer technology. The ability of multimedia packages to motivate students should be used to do exactly that. They can only be seen as the helping tool for the classical teaching process, and the variety and flexibility that they offer should be used to bring out the best that students can give. The era of digital tools and multimedia technology has brought about cardinal changes in the field of teaching methodology, especially so for teaching foreign languages. The introduction of innovative methods in the classroom proved highly beneficial for simulating native-speaking environment which enabled immersion through access to videos demonstrated on TV plasma screens and a number of mobile applications. The comparison of the two modes of learning, face-to-face and remote, revealed that there was no significant difference in using the already mastered multimedia technologies in the classroom and online, apart from emotional anxiety and social distancing of teachers and students as well as some changes in organization work by the teacher. There are a number of online applications and tools available that can meet the educational needs of both offline and blended learning under pandemic. The range of such applications is very wide. On the one hand, it includes multitask platforms such as Pad let or Thing Link, integrating a number of training and presentation activities. On the other hand, there are specialized tools for training active vocabulary or grammar or constructors for creating offline tests and worksheets.
