The study of this issue is also of great importance in English methodology.

The object of the research is to improve listening skills of EFL learners and offer possible solutions as a methodological concept in English.

The subject of the research is study of teaching listening to a2 level students.

The aim of the research is to emphasize on the problems of listening notion, it is because, there are quite number of researches about listening theory and its issues. The stress will be put on scientists’ various approaches to listening and different difficulties for EFL learners and the factors that activate listening problems.

In accordance with the purpose, object, subject and hypothesis, the research tasks are determined:

1.To analyze the state theoretical problems of the word “listening”.

2.To determine factors of problems in teaching and learning listening skill

3.To give some possible solutions to the state dilemmas.

4.To develop “Listen and Do” songs in the classes to teach effectively listening to young learners.

5. To emphasize the significance of technological advancements in education sphere especially, in teaching foreign languages.
