The qualimetric assessment of the competence of a graduate of a higher educational 
institution according to formula (6) means the degree to which the graduate reaches 
the minimum level of competence. Here, in relation to the graduate, it shows how the 
actual level of competence relates to the basic or acceptable level of competence of 
the graduate (Table 2).
