Results and discussions
. The used method of fractional study of the amylolytic 
activity of the duodenum made it possible, to a certain extent, to judge the influence of 
pharmacological desympathization in early postnatal ontogenesis on the formation of 
mechanisms for the synthesis of intestinal enzymes proper in enterocytes, their 
translocation to the surface of enterocytes, as well as on the development of the 
adsorption properties of the duodenal mucosa in relation to to enzymes of non-
intestinal (pancreatic) origin [4,6,11]
Thus, the results of our experiments on determining the activity of amylase 
involved in the initial stage of carbohydrate hydrolysis showed that sympathization at 
an early age has a rather negative effect on the synthesis of enteral gamma-amylase, as 
well as on the relationship of pancreatic alpha-amylase and intestinal gamma-amylase 
with membrane enterocytes, which may affect the intensity of membrane hydrolysis of 
carbohydrates, it was previously believed that sympathetic regulation is of decisive 
importance in the functioning of the small intestine as an organ, but the data obtained 
from this to a certain extent contradict this position [8,10,12]. 
The data obtained, firstly, indicate a decrease in the desympathization of torn 
animals in the activity of alpha-amylase synthesized by the pancreas and involved in 
abdominal digestion. Secondly, an increase in the same individuals suggests a 
weakening of the binding of the enzyme with the membranes of intestinal cells and a 
violation of the adsorption capacity. At the same time, the activity of enterocytes of the 
homogenate fraction, mainly due to intestinal gamma-amylase, decreases (table).
