can use journalism, literature, art and works of Science in accordance with the 
legislation. When preparing for the publication of letters that have come to the editorial 
office, it is allowed to shorten and edit the text without violating its content. No one 
has the right to force the media to publish material that has been legally rejected by the 
editorial office and x.k [1,2].
After the completion of the process of revision of historical books by the 
academicians of Central Asia a few years ago, the first president of the Republic of 
Uzbekistan Islam Abdug'anievich Karimov, after issuing a decree on the establishment 
of a public council on a new history, the processes of rewriting in Uzbekistan 
developed. At that time, the process of redevelopment of a material became a 
characteristic feature of Uzbekistan [1,2].

Rewrite - (Japanese.

visually by Key Studio, which operates under the brand name Visual Arts on July 27, 
2012 [5,19]. Key is a Japanese visual novel studio famous for creating dramatic and 
plot-based products. Visual is the perception of most of the information by sight. Audio 
is the acquisition of information mainly through the auditory canal. Kinesthetic is the 
perception of a large part of the information by feeling, smell, touch and action. This 
studio was founded on July 21, 1998 as a brand under the visual Arts publishing house

Now, in the field of Journalism, two fundamentally different types of processing 
of text in a new way are common: the first is Mechanical, that is, useless, and the 
second is adapted, that is, useful [21].
As the role of internet tobacco in the development of mass media was bignant, it 
was based on the fact that with the introduction of an intranet into mass media, a new 
method called xodisa - rewriting in journalism was developed.
Journalism is a type of activity as it involves the collection, retrieval and 
processing of information. In this place, it can be said that journalists came in the 
preparation of new information materials, using the texts of other mullifs [21].

With the introduction of the concept of rewriting into mass media, the demand for 
media has risen to a level of sensitivity.
When rewriting say — (rewriting from English) - it is understood to rewrite a 
unique text with a similar meaning to the original. 
Now, processed text is unique only from the point of view of search engines 
Yandex, Google and computer programs (for example, Advego Plagiatus indicates the 
degree of originality of the text, text sources, random percentage). The specialist can 
easily notice the semantic similarity of the processed text with the original. Specialists 
in lexical modification of texts are called rewriters. Based on the above, we can say 
that the method of rewriting thus slowly entered the media and began to develop 
(Picture 2).
