«SORPTION PROPERTIES OF THE SMALL 
INTESTINE AFTER PHARMACOLOGICAL DESYMPATIZATION» 
Annоtation. 
The objective of present investigation is to study the sorbtional ability of 
small intestine on using amylase in adult rats carrying out chemical desympathization
in early postnatal antenatal ontogenesis. The strength of amylase fiction on the 
enterocytes membrane surface in duodenal od adult rats after chemical 
desympathization with help of guanethidinum sulfate introducing intraabdomina livery 
daily from 14 days of life. Desympathization in early postnatal ontogenesis decreases 
the strength of intestine enzymes fixation, particularly amylase on enterocytes 
membrane in these adult rats. G.e. It happens the time shortening for taking part of 
enzymes in hydrolysis on intestine’s wall.

Purpose of the study. 
To study the sorption properties of the small intestine on 
the example of amylase in adult rats after their pharmacological desympathization in 
early postnatal ontogenesis. It is known that the magnitude of the catalytic effect of 
enzymes involved in membrane digestion depends not only on their activity, but also 
on the strength of fixation on the surface of the intestinal epithelium. Molecules of 
nutrients, getting into the intervillous spaces, acquire more favorable conditions for 
hydrolysis than in the intestinal cavity. Adsorbed enzymes are much slower inactivated

compared to enzymes present in the chyme of the small intestine [1,3]. To date, the 
issues of participation of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems in the 
regulation of the functions of the small intestine have not been studied sufficiently. 
Therefore, of particular interest is the study of the sorption properties of the mucous 
membrane of the small intestine and the determination of the strength of fixation of 
enzymes on the membranes of enterocytes under conditions of desympathization.
