INTRODUCTION 
The modern society of Uzbekistan lives and improves in a dramatically evolving 
environment, and continuous development of the country's economic industries and 
social sector has become a requirement for growth. The Republic of Uzbekistan is 
moving confidently and dynamically towards the achievement of its main goal – 
joining the number of developed democratic states. The key mechanism of such 
ambition is a higher education system based on systematization, innovative processing, 
and the use of previous generations' experience. Higher education must meet the urgent 
needs of society in the context of a new stage in this growth. Higher education is one 
of the state's top priorities in the modern environment. The further creation of higher 
educational institutions, which provide a revolutionary breakthrough in all spheres of 
operation by training trained staff, is an important factor in the context of improving 
all spheres of socio-economic life and forming civil society institutions in the country.
Significance of the Study 
Education is a never-ending process. It does not end with the completion of a degree 
and the beginning of a career. Professionals may develop their skills and become more 
proficient at their jobs by continuing their education. As it is normal habit in developed 
countries, in the field of Higher education in Uzbekistan, it is important for school 
administrators to inspire teachers to seek professional growth, not just to ensure the 
best learning outcomes for their pupils, but also to improve their effectiveness and

satisfaction in different aspects of their employment. Educators who participate in 
professional development learn new teaching techniques and may apply them in the 
classroom to adapt their lecture styles and syllabuses to meet their students' needs. 
These reforms, however, are difficult to assess since they are being introduced 
continuously. Professional development for teachers exposes educators to new delivery 
techniques, assessment forms, and record-keeping tools, allowing them to be more 
effective in their presentations and course assessments.
