their lives. Supported by middle managers from Generation Y,
Generation X will be the one to spearhead company marketing
initiatives to serve Generation Z and Generation Alpha.
These two youngest generations will be the catalysts for Marketing
5.0, which is an integration between Marketing 3.0 and Marketing
4.0. They have great concern about how technology can empower
and enhance humanity: improve human lives and create happiness.
Companies that can earn the trust of Generation Z and Generation
Alpha will be able to win the competition in the era of Marketing 5.0.
