information technology. The use of interactive innovative methods in their processes is a 
requirement of the time. 
Striving for innovation, as well as opening up broad opportunities for the development of 
innovation in an era of increasing competition in all areas, is an important factor in the development 
of society. The development of mankind throughout history is determined by the education and 
initiative of all members of society, especially young people. The concept of socio-economic 
development of Uzbekistan in the coming years provides for the transition of society to innovative 
development, the formation of innovative human capital. The main element on which the qualitative 
and quantitative characteristics of human capital depend is youth. We can view youth as a socio-
demographic group that will develop social orientations that society can rely on in the near future. 
Modern researchers emphasize that the younger generation has the qualities of dynamism (activity), 
entrepreneurship, initiative that are important for innovation, the need to develop and "implement" 
the innovative potential of the younger generation on the path of state development. It is desirable 
to bring investment to young people who are becoming the leading force in society. President 
Shavkat Mirziyoyev said: “Our most important task is to create an innovative environment in the 
worldview of our people. Without innovation, there will be no competition, there will be no 
development in any area. If we do not widely advocate changes in this area for our people, if we do 
not develop skills in people, we will not be able to keep up with the intensity of today, the 
unprecedented achievements of science and technology. Therefore, the development of this activity 
at the level of modern requirements should become the main task of the new ministry, as well as 
this center. " The President said that the restoration of scientific potential in all regions and the 
effective use of intellectual potential in the integrated development of regions. Therefore, first of 
all, let us dwell on the concept of "innovation". Innovation is an innovation introduced to provide a 
qualitative increase in the efficiency of processes and products based on market demand. It is the 
end result of a person's intellectual activity, his imagination, creative process, discoveries, 
inventions and rationalizations. The term "innovation" comes from the Latin word novatio, which 
means "renewal" (or "change"), and the suffix "in" from the Latin word "towards." If you translate 
it as a whole "Innovatio" - it is interpreted as "in the direction of change." The concept of 
"innovation" first appeared in scientific research in the 19th century. The concept of "innovation" 
began its new life at the beginning of the twentieth century in the scientific work of the Austrian 
and American economist J. Schumpeter as a result of the analysis of "innovative combinations", 
changes in economic systems. Schumpeter was one of the first scientists to introduce the term into 
economics in the 1900s. We should not look at innovation as an innovation, but as a factor that 
significantly increases the efficiency of the existing system. Despite widespread misconceptions, 
innovation is different from invention. Difference between innovation and scientific discovery and 
invention: 
- Science is the transformation of certain resources into knowledge and ideas; 
- Innovation is the transformation of knowledge and ideas into funds; 
- Invention is the creation of a new concept; 
- Innovation is the practical meaning of an invention.

developments and technologies, consistent measures are being taken to accelerate the innovative

development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017-2021 stimulates research and innovation, 
creates effective mechanisms for the implementation of scientific and innovative achievements, 
scientific and experimental specialized laboratories at higher educational institutions and research 
institutes, high. strengthening the role of academic science in the innovative development of the 
economy On February 17, 2017, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed a decree "On 
measures to further improve the activities of the Academy of Sciences, organization, management 
and financing of research activities." The decision was made: to create favorable conditions for the 
formation and active development of high-tech sectors of the economy based on the use of ICT, for 
the further integration of science, education and production. Mirzo Ulugbek Innovation Center was 
created to support the development and implementation of information technologies in this area, as 
well as in the field of innovative and scientific and technological development of the country, the 
comprehensive development of society and public life, the intellectual and technological 
development of the republic. In connection with the need to create a single government body that 
implements state policy aimed at building capacity, the Decree of the President of the Republic of 
Uzbekistan dated November 29, 2017 No. PF-5264 "On the establishment of the Ministry of 
Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was adopted. Among its main tasks is to 
focus on the development of important projects aimed at solving the existing problem of access to 
the Internet and educational, informational, educational and modern online textbooks and 
information in educational institutions operating in the regions of the country, to serve the creative, 
intellectual and entrepreneurial potential of youth. ... In order to further intensify work to support

support. In this regard, the Fund for Support of Innovative Development and Innovative Ideas was 
created. On December 22, 2017, in the Palace of Symposia, the President of the Republic of 
Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev in his Address to the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan 
announced Active Entrepreneurship, innovative ideas and technological support in Uzbekistan for

innovation and encourage the achievements of young scientists and students, as well as initiative

as part of the annual InnoWeek Week of Innovative Ideas. It should also be noted that the younger

demographic group. In this regard, we can say that the future of our country depends on how young 
people strive to achieve their goals. 
In a word, in our country today in the field of increasing the innovative potential of youth
