RESEARCH ON THE PRODUCTION OF TECHNICAL DETERGENTS ON 
THE BASIS OF LOCAL RAW MATERIALS

It is known that today in our country, technology has entered a phase of rapid 
development, which is the result of long-term decrees and decisions in our country. 
Of course, this growth and development have not bypassed the oil industry of our 
republic. This industry is one of the most developed industries in the country, 
accounting for about 40% of the gross output of the food industry. Oil companies in 
the country mainly process and extract oil from cottonseed, sunflower, and soybeans. 
One of the stages of their processing is the treatment with alkali, which at the end of 
the process forms a soapstock, a by-product of the oil industry. In turn, the treatment 
of soapstock with alkali and sulfuric acid produces vegetable oil crude fatty acids. In 
the next step, the fatty acids are distilled and converted into distilled fatty acids. 
Today, this product is mainly used for the production of household soap. In our 
research on the development of cost-effective technologies for the production of 
detergents based on local raw materials, we have also conducted research on the 
study of this product, which is one of the main raw materials for the production of 
detergents.
