About this book
This Participant Handbook is designed to facilitate training to the Land Transportation Associate 
Qualification Pack (QP). It provides the learners with the necessary knowledge of major land 
transportation activities such as Consignment booking, Route Planning, Vendor Coordination, Gate 
Operations, Consignment Pick Up & Tracking, Reporting, Transport Consolidation. The orientation 
provides the learners with a real-world approach focusing on both large scale and small scale
