Premature Termination by DIgSILENT
DIgSILENT is entitled to terminate this Agreement or parts thereof if the Licensee extends or modifies the Operating 
System or the Software with elements which neither originate from DIgSILENT nor are approved by DIgSILENT, 
and as a consequence considerably hinders rendering of maintenance services.

Rights to Software Improvements
9.1 
Rights to Software Improvements
The Licensee acknowledges that as regards corrections and improvements to the software made in connection 
with this Agreement, he shall have no rights other than those set out in the Software License Agreement, and that 
all remaining rights, in particular the right to dispose of software corrections and improvements, accrue exclusively 
to DIgSILENT. 
9.2 
Confidentiality 
The Licensee undertakes to maintain confidentiality with regard to software corrections and improvements, and to 
guard against their content being made known to third parties by his employees. He may transmit neither software 
corrections nor improvements nor associated documentation to third parties, nor make copies for third parties nor 
utilize software corrections and improvements or parts thereof for the benefit of third parties.

Concluding Clauses
10.1 
Effectiveness of Agreement
This Agreement comes into effect when both parties attach their signatures thereto. For validity, DIgSILENT needs 
to receive one signed copy of this Agreement. Additional provisions to this Agreement have to be in writing and 
must be contained in a supplement to this Agreement.
