Partial Invalidity
Any individual provision of this Agreement, which is or becomes invalid, shall not affect the validity of the remaining 
provisions. The contractual parties shall seek solutions as closely approximating the purpose of the invalid 
provisions as possible.

Written Form
Amendments and additions to this Agreement have to be in writing to be effective.
