gravity of the gas are different, the sand is mixed and the mix is 

intensely  blended  in  the  mixing  capacity  by  moving  upward. 

The  extruded  hydrocarbons  enter  into  the  vapor  deposition  6 

through the line 5 along with liquefied gas and heat up to 400 

C temperatures. The gaseous propane-butane fraction falls into 

line  7,  and  the  refrigerant  is  8  and  is  cooled  and  again 

condensed  into  liquid  state.  The  repeat  line  is  returned  to  the 

system with 9 and is used. Experiments have shown that if the 

extraction capacity of 7-8 volumes of liquefied gas is used, the 

bituminous  sand  extraction  factor  of  hydrocarbons  (oil 

products) is equal 0.90-0.95. 

Bituminous  sands  removed  from  the  hydrocarbons 

range  from  the  extraction  capacity  to  line  12  through  the  line 

11 and then sent to the area used. 

Liquid  gas  used  in  the  experimental  laboratory  (Figure 

1)  contains  70%  propane  and  30%  butane  gas,  180  C

temperature  and  0.65  MPa  pressure  (10  series  experiments 

were conducted).
