Taking into account the world's demand for oil, in many 

countries, oil extraction from oil sands has been expanded, and 

scientific  research  and  scientific  work  is  underway  in  this 

direction.  Modern  methods  have  been  proposed  to  extract  oil 

from  oil-bituminous  sands.  Examples  of  these  are  the 

extraction  of  industrial  oil  by  extracting,  removal  of  oil  from 

bituminous  sand  by  extraction  by  compressed  propane-butane 

fraction. 

The  technological  basis  of  these  methods  is  the  process 

by  which  the  surface  of  the  propane-butane  fraction  of  the 

detergent liquid and the liquid is reduced to the surface tension 

coefficient  between  the  oil  and  sand  particles.  The  extraction 

process by the fraction of the liquid propane-butane fraction is 

shown in the scheme (Figure 1). 

By  this  method,  the  technological  process  is  carried  out 

in the following sequence: Compressed fluid gas from 1 flows 

to the extraction capacity 3 from bottom by the help of line 2.
