GLOSSARY
Curricular - relating to the curriculum of a school
Feature - to include or show something as a special or important part of something, or to be included as an important part
Target language - the language into which a text, document, or speech is translated..
Source language - The source language is the language being translated from.
Multilingual- using, speaking, or written in several different languages
Monolingual - speaking or using only one language
Practical - relating to real situations and events rather than ideas, emotions
Verbal - spoken rather than written
Nonverbal- not using words
Dialects - a form of a language which is spoken only in one area, with words or grammar that are slightly different from other forms of the same language
Phenomenon - something that happens or exists in society, science, or nature, especially something that is studied because it is difficult to understand phenomenon of.
Subject matter - the topic dealt with or the subject represented in a debate, exposition, or work of art.
Principle - a moral rule or belief about what is right and wrong, that influences how you behave.
Uniformity - the quality of being or looking the same as all other members of a group.
Method - strategy a set of carefully planned methods for achieving something that is difficult and may take a long time.
Survey - a general description or report about a particular subject or situation.
