Created Suncoast Playland located in Sneads Ferry, North Carolina. 2^nd Location in Trinity, Florida. The family entertainment center was located outside of Camp LeJeune, North Carolina. Was sold to Southland Amusement after becoming a very successful FEC. All advertising, marketing, promoting and hiring and training was done on site.

Difeo Automotive Group Jersey City, New Jersey

Started as Salesperson promoted to sales closer. Offered position with new auto franchise called Mitsubishi as General Sales Manager. Became third largest Mitsubishi dealership in Northeast U.S.

Promoted to General Manager Difeo Hyundai

Built the team into the largest Hyundai dealership in U.S New hires throughout auto group consisting of 52 franchises were first hired and trained at the location I was managing, and then sent out to our other stores to build up entire organization.
Franchises were sold or partnered with Penske Auto Group.
