   We refer to the Agreement. This is a Purchase Notice in respect of a Murabaha Contract. Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Agreement.

   We wish to purchase Goods as your agent on the following terms:

   If you wish to proceed, please countersign this Purchase Notice below. As your agent we will purchase the Goods from the Supplier on your behalf.

   Following the purchase of the Goods on your behalf, we promise to purchase the Goods from you and we will immediately send you an Offer Notice in accordance with Clause 7.1 (Sale of the Goods to the Buyer) of the Agreement.
   
5. 
   We hereby confirm that the Repeating Representations are true as at the date hereof and that as at the date hereof no Default has occurred or is continuing or would result from you entering into a Murabaha Contract with us.

Murabaha Facility Agreement dated [] (the Agreement)

1. 
   Reference is made to the above Agreement concluded by us and [the Bank] (as agent of the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector) (expressions defined in which have the same meanings herein) and the Purchase Notice dated []. The terms and conditions of the Agreement are incorporated herein.
   
2. 
   Pursuant to the authority constituted in the Agreement referred to above, we have completed the purchase of the Goods.
   
3. 
   We offer to purchase the Goods from you and to conclude hereby a Murabaha Contract with you.
   
4. 
   You are hereby authorized to calculate the Sale Price in accordance with the definition of Sale Price contained in the Agreement which Sale Price we hereby irrevocably and unconditionally accept and agree to pay in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and your Acceptance Notice.
